Most requests are completed within 48 hours depending on complexity. You’ll always be kept in the loop with updates and previews as we go.

Once you sign up, you’ll get instant access to your own private channel in our Slack. From there, you can submit your first request and we’ll guide you through anything you need. Super simple and personalized.

LayerTwo is run by Erick and Cam, two seasoned creative professionals with deep experience in branding, product design, and digital. We’ve designed for startups, agencies, and some of the most recognizable brands.

You can submit as many requests as you like. We work through them one at a time in a queue, so you’ll always know what’s in progress and what’s next.

Pause your subscription at any time and we'll honour the unused amount of service days remaining to be used anytime in the future, no stress. Just send us a message and we'll keep track of the remaining days for you.

We primarily use Figma, but are well-versed in many other industry-standard tools like Webflow, Framer and Adobe Creative Suite.

We offer high fidelity Webflow development for designs created by us, or even ones you already have. Clean, responsive, and built to scale.
Once development is complete, we'll transfer the website ownership over to you.

We're also happy to maintain your website for you under your LayerTwo subscription. Just submit your requests the same as you would submit a design request.

The easiest way to send in a request is through your private Slack channel, set up just for you. But we’re flexible. Whether it’s a Notion doc, Google Drive folder, Loom video, or even a quick DM, we’ll work with whatever format feels natural to you.

No stress. LayerTwo is built on collaboration. We’ll refine the work based on your feedback until it’s exactly what you’re looking for.

There are a few things we don’t cover. That said, we’re always happy to provide creative direction and help manage external teams if needed. Just let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll figure it out together.

We don't offer the following services:

• 3D modeling

• Motion or animated graphics (GIFs, etc.)

• Document design (like medical forms)

• Long-form or high-volume print (magazines, books, etc.)

• Complex packaging

• Adobe InDesign projects
  

Because of the nature of creative work and the time involved, we don’t offer refunds. But we’re committed to making sure you love what you get.
