LayerTwo Design is a senior design and development studio founded by Cameron Duncalfe. The team includes Cam (co-founder, brand strategy and creative direction) and Erick Nicolay (senior designer and developer). We work as a lean partner for founders who have working products but need brand and visual leadership to look as legitimate as their tech is.

## Services and pricing

- Execute: $6,000 per month. 2 dedicated senior designers, unlimited design requests, 48-hour average turnaround, Webflow sites, a dedicated Slack channel, and pause anytime.
- Lead: $8,000 per month. Everything in Execute, plus brand strategy and positioning, UX strategy and research, full-stack development, design system creation, and creative direction.
- Custom: starting at $20,000 per month. Everything in Lead, plus multiple workstreams in parallel, defining the product with you, and strategic and creative leadership.
- Retainers are built per client. Tiers are a starting point and get scoped to fit, so engagements run $6,000 to $20,000+ per month.
